Right To Repair
Scottish Secure Tenants have the right to have certain small repairs carried out within given timescales.
From the 30th September 2002, Scottish secure tenants under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, have the right to have certain small repairs carried out within a given timescale. The Association has in place a policy and procedure for repairs that qualify for Right to Repair and this can be downloaded below.
